Techno-feudalism is Fascism. That's yucky.

CONNECTICUT – There is an attitude, among the wealthy, that more money will fix every problem. I actually grew up in a town of, mostly the wealthy. The greewichTime has said that “To be considered middle class in Greenwich, a family has to bring in between $169,466 and $508,354 a year” which, after my parents got divorced my Mom (who I lived with) made 100,000 dollars less than the lower bound of, she’s also brown and a woman.

The attitude I speak of is, in fact, superiority. They scoff at even the idea of not going to college. They are largely racist unless they aren’t white, as about 40% of Greenwich-ites are. They still don't like Trump.

To speak on wealth, they don't even care if your family is wealthy at ‘home’, in my case, Peru and France. Greenwich has largely voted blue since 2016 on the national level, and has had a blue state senator from 2018-2021 (her replacement lost in a special election).

If you still don’t think Greenwich is wealthier then where you live, George H.W. Bush went to the Greenwich Country Day School, a school that is one of three major private schools that manage to be so bad at schooling that Greenwich High School has people being dropped off in Ferrari’s (this is an anecdote, obviously).

I evidently never had enough money to stay until my parents divorce was settled, but that's not the point of the article. At least, not this one. Palantir (tech bros disrupting bomb making) is evil because it's a defence contractor, but it will make a lot of shareholders too much money along the way. This is not just bad or amoral, it's evil. But so are all defense contractors. The wealthy, at work, will work to make more money. Just like anyone would.

But, there is no need to call this techno-fuedalism. It's Capitalism, gasping for air. Or, in America, bullshit, and fascism. China is the best at markets not because it is capitalist but because it has already beat America at its own game. Trump is just our collective admission of guilt. Not me though, I was 17 when he was re-elected. I’m now, obviously, 18. No I will not tell you the hour I was born.
