Roe Overturned, Thomas Still Wrong

(NORWALK, CT) – There is an argument, one that is promulgated by Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, that the precedents that relied on the codification of Roe’s right to privacy should be overturned, or at least, could be, with the overturning of Roe v. Wade in 2022.
